Five Star service
Received five star service from both Vuyiswa Cele & Sicelo Mgwenya. In the morning Sicelo called me regarding my request to be contacted. I explained to him my concern's he promised that someone from customer retention will call me later. At the agreed time Vuyiswa called me and also offered me excellent service. Vuyiswa managed to lower my premiums. Thank to both team members for the great service.
