Firstly, when my vehicle broke down I called tow assist and they didn't bother to return my call
Firstly, when my vehicle broke down I called tow assist and they didn't bother to return my call. Secondly, I was told that my vehicle was covered for everything besides hijacking and vehicle theft...my car was broken into.. numerous emails yet after 2 months they tell me that I wasn't covered for theft..why did I take insurance out then 🤷🏻♀️
