Firstly my call was answered very quickly. The agent gave me a sense of assurance and showed she cared. I was provided all the information and the assist service was there in no time, sorted my tyre and I was back on the road. The agent also followed up to check if I was sorted. Excellent customer service and an amazing experience because I got to carry on with my day.
