Firstly it is so convenient to be able to chat to them on WhatsApp and they are so quick to respond to our messages. I was dealing with Rethabile Masitsa with removing a vehicle from my current policy and adding a vehicle, the process was seamless, she was very clear and explained everything so that I understood. She is very professional and the whole process was easy. I liked dealing with her. Amazing service. ☺️
