Firstly I was impressed by how promptly Miway called me after logging the request, I had not even put my phone down. The person who was assisting me, Thabang was super attentive, compassionate, efficient and made me feel safe throughout the entire process. I would rate Miway 5 stars if it wasn't for the external service provider that let them down: the lady who contacted me from *** is the one who didn't seem too clued up and caused a delay in the security officer being dispatched as she kept getting my location wrong, despite having sent it to her. But I would still recommend Miway to my loved ones. Their service in my time of need was SUPERB! Thank you, Miway ❤️
