Firstly I was helped today by Tumelo Kolisang and I was very happy, he was on point, explained all my queries patiently and effectively and helped to update my policy and I want to give him a 5 star his amazing!!! Secondly I was assisted by this other guy on the online website and he was amazing, he called me back, I was fighting and he calmed me down and assisted me so calmly and so efficiently and transfered me to Tumelo who was also amazing. I've been with MiWay since 2015 and I will never go for any other insurance. Their service is efficient and they take what I say seriously and they claims process is a breeze!!!
