First help a ***** - needs to be removed from approved towing services!!!

After being involved in an accident one is naturally traumatized and confused. This so-called towing company led by Amanda cell no ***) maximised on my confusion and had someone call me posing as a miway agent and coercing me to have them tow my vehicle. The tow truck driver phoned "on my behalf" and had me speak to an "agent" from miway. This so called "agent" took my number and phoned me back from a private number (a valid miway call is never on private number) and did NOT know pertinent details regarding my policy which a valid miway agent would know as he would have had access to my details. This "agent" named Graham, said that "should I drive my vehicle and something else happens I will invalidate my claim". My brother who came to the scene started my car and put it in gear with no issues but the tow guys refused to let us drive it to test it, stating that we could cause more damage. The so called miway "agent" then went on to say because of the "seriousness" of the damage they need to use a flatbed tow truck (which is more expensive). They gave me a receipt which did not have ANY reference/authorization number after assuring me they will sort everything out and not to worry. Amanda told me herself that she personally would upload the pictures to miway using said reference/auth number and everything would be sorted. The next morning upon phoning miway to confirm that everything was loaded, I was informed that there is NO RECORD of the call and there is nobody named Graham who works for miway. The towing was in fact NOT authorized even though this towing company falls under their banner of approved services. Later, someone from the first help head office phoned asking ME as the client for a claim number. I then phoned Amanda asking for the auth number which was never recieved and not on my receipt and after being VERY rude and cutting off my call multiple times, she never gave said auth number or the name of tow truck driver. I even went as far as to send her an sms and a WhatsApp asking for these details, which I never recieved, even after she promised she would send those details via sms. I think it is absolutely disgusting that people out there try to use the trauma of others to conduct ******* and ********** dealings. Here I am post accident, completely disoriented and shaken, and they pretend to care. I thought I was in good hands and felt satisfied that my vehicle was safe. Now I'm not sure what to think. I WILL be taking this up with miway as well as I feel first help should NOT be allowed to be on their panel as they are jippo-ing the system to suit their needs and make extra money! What they are doing is completely ******* and I refuse to allow someone else to be dealt a raw deal because certain people have no morals and maximise on the trauma of those who they are supposed to help!!
