First and last claim. Bad experience . bad service .

So i had a accident on the N2 1 December. somebody bumped into me from the back. there was a tow truck on scene who spoke to the agent on the phone . who confirmed that he can take the car to Dals in goodwood. i was in pain as i hurt my back at the time .but just wanted to get my car sorted as its my pride and joy. The tow truck driver then hook my car from the back and pulled off my front bumper. he took the car to Dals in goodwood. when we got there he was told that they are not approved (Urban Towing) after he was told to take the car. i was very frustrated and in shock and pain and now i was told i will have to sort out the cost. after speaking to the agent and telling him whats going on after a long time . he was told that they must just invoice them.they left the car there. 2 days later the assessor called me and checked the car. he said that back can be fixed. but a second claim will need to be done for the front as it was not part of the initial accident .. now i am sitting with a call center agent that does not know what she is doing. does not speak to me. i left messages on her managers phone to get back to me but nothing. now the towing company wants me to bring the car to them... my car still needs to be fixed from dals at the back... this should be fixed with 1 company . i really cant deal with the bad service of MIWAY.
