First a Discount then an Increase in Premium what's up with that?

<p>I'm really disappointed at the service from miway. I'm a current policy holder, been approximately 6 years with them. I intitally done a quote on a BMW 235i they quoted me roughly around R1035 then offered a discount & this brought the premium down to R928.19 & based on this discount I then took up this offer. Today I then recieve a new policy schedule reflecting that my new premium has increased by R139,34 so much for a discount, I wasnt made aware of this change in premium so you can imagine my surprise when I opened the email containing the new schedule and ontop of that they insist for you to log onto hellopeter to compliment their service, a compliment will be given where its due.</p>
