Finally Good Service at Miway

<p>I have joined Miway since last year and have had endless problems with getting ahold of someone to assist me. They call centre is useless and everytime I call in, i get cut off while waiting for an agent. I drove to their offices and was about to cancel my cover. I truly had enough. I was assisted by Buhle Nkuna. What a pleasure !!!! it was the first time that i received decent assistance. Miway.....I would clone Buhle if I were you. The rest of your team needs to learn about customer service from her. Seriously look after your staff of that calibre and you should try and employ more people like her and get rid of the other poor staff that you have. Well done Buhle, and I know that your attitude and willingness to help will take you far in life ! By the way, she DID retain me as a client !</p>
