Finally! A happy Client Thanks to Maitumelo

I was honestly calling to cancel my policy with miway, firstly I was just fed up with the mistakes I had on my policy, incorrect info and had called prior to try and rectify it with no success, then the high premium and access, I had been with miway since 2011. . and had 2 small claims, so I started to shop around for a better deal which I found, I have previously received great service from miway and it pained me that I had to leave but I also had to do what's best for me and I wasn't happy with what had been happening with my policy lately. so this morning when I picked up the phone to say my goodbyes to miway, I never expected to receive the great service I did from Maitumelo, she actually listened and understood my problems and helped solve them swiftly without even missing a beat. I commend you for loving and taking your job seriously, for the great customer service and making me feel like a valued client. much appreciated and for that! miway still has me as a client thanks to you!
