Feel like I have been ****med

I had a vehicle accident in September 2016 whereby the Insurance (Miway) came with the final report that my vehicle is a total write off and can not be repaired at all. I accepted this and they paid the amount outstanding on the MFC account. But according to MFC I still had to pay in on this vehicle. What Was I to do. I have been paying money to MFC for a vehicle I did not have anymore. Miway came and towed the vehicle away on 3 October 2016. Last week I received a call that my Chery is driving all over the highways and was picked up on the e-toll and that the registrations plates was this of my so call unrepairable Chery as per the bank and insurance. i am furious. They told me the call is totally s****ped and can not be repaired, but yet its caught on camera on the Sanral e-toll. What is going on? I went to the post office and it was clarified that MFC / Miway sold my vehicle and has been registered to a M Mokholo since October/November. Now why must I pay for a car which was basically stollen and resold and not s****ped as informed by the MFC and Miway. I refuse to pay any further money to MFC as I feel that I have been ****med and as I know when a car is s****ped and resold it get new number plates and does not remain on the previous owners plates. I want MFC to refund all my money paid since November 2016 until today and write off that money of get it from the moneys which they sold it for. I have send email to MFC and to Miway on thursday 06/04/2017 after receiving this information and also included the Sanral report as proof that this vehicle is on the road. Until today I have not had any kind of response from any of them.
