Good morning I’m writing this to log a complain about MY Way insurance company . I had a scratch and dents insurance with then from 29 January 2020 I have never claim only last month when I tried to claim I was told that they can only cover me for R5000 and I was advised to get a quote from a third party then they will pay only R5000 .. I went and got quotes wasted all my time and petrol looking for quotes when i went back to them they told me they can't pay the R5000 anymore because their quote was 6500 how did i get the one for R5000 like really .it didn't make sense to me why did they ask me to go and do quotes in the first place ,, so i want to warn anyone who have an insurance for dents & scratches with them that you might also be paying for sweet you won't be assisted in times on need .
