Feedback on recording
On the 14/11/2024 Danieel ****son promised to send me recording of the time I took out insurance and to date on the 19/11/2024 she hasn't sent. Can I please be advised on how long it takes to get such as it is said that I can ask for the recording at anytime. And is it possible to change from her as my claims assess as it is not the 1st time I'm complaining about her not giving feedback. Claim no C***
