Fed up with Mi way

Good day,

So it has been more than a month that I'm waiting for Mi Way to finalize my claim.

When I first told them that they need to send someone out for the inspection they gave me the run around by saying it's not necessary. I then went on and got my own quotes with places that is affiliated with Mi Way because the quote they sent me was very little to fix my car and they decided on the price by only looking at the photos I sent.

I submitted the quotes and upon reciveing the quotes I got they decided to send out someone for evaluate.

I've been trying to call them with regards to my claim but it says that the numbers does not exist. But when I call from a differently number the call goes through. They have been treating me like ******** and that I'm a **** and mind you I've been claim free for more than 3 years.

They suck at communicating and they let their clients feel like a bunch of *********
