Fast to sign, slow to deliver.

I was looking around for insurance after my insurance decided to have a huge annual increase, but cars depreciate etc... MiWay was one of the insurances I contacted while I was shopping around. They could offer me what I wanted so I decided to go with another insurer (about 2 weeks ago), they then contacted me to ask why I didn't choose them, I told them everything and they decided to better the premiums and make exceptions to my policy to give me the same cover as with my current insurer. I then accepted, now more than a week later I still hasn't received any policy documents, nor normal policy documents stating the exceptions. I called 4 times to try and get these documents, each time they would email it, strange but I just never receives it. (Receives tons of other emails, so pretty sure everything on my side is in order). I called today the 4th time to cancel before they debit my account, struggling like this just to get the right documents is a mission, don't want to know how much hell one will be put through when there is a claim then. I will rather just stay with my current insurer.
