21 Jul 2023, 09:11My vehicle was delivered to the incorrect address last night…. There is CLEAR evidence that the correct address was given BY ME on the call log and captured on the system and instruction given to the tow truck company…..
I have had to now make my OWN arrangements for my vehicle to be collected and taken to the correct address, because MiWay and the tow truck company are now playing the blame game! I don’t have time for this blaming to be resolved - MY CAR NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED URGENTLY!
