Fantastic service - Happy to stay a MiWay Customer

My policy is up for renewal and I phoned in to sort out the excess amounts that had automatically increased to their standard excess amounts (way higher than I am willing to pay). I spoke to Kelebogile Mphoko first, and she was super helpful. She sorted out the excess for me, and then tried her best to bring down the resultant increase in my premium. She then put me through to a very helpful and informative chap named Maduvha Phaphaisa who not only managed to reduce my premium even more to a more acceptable amount, but also gave me helpful little tips on using the MiWay App, that I had not known about. Big thumbs up to both Kelebogile and Maduvha!!
