Fantastic Service from MiWay Insurance

I received a sales call from MiWay for additional cover on my vehicle and indicated to the consultant that currently I did not require this but would like for MiWay to review my current cover and insurance profile. I was advised to call the insurance division call centre. I received a call the following day from Kagiso (no calls from me) who enquired if it was a convenient time to talk. I responded that I was at work and would appreciate the call after hours. Kagiso was most prompt in contacting me again at a more suitable time to go through my cover. Having been a MiWay customer for a few years with no claims, Kagiso was most friendly and polite going over my current cover and confirming all my details. He mentioned that he would take a few moments to review and see what could be offered to reduce my excess and monthly premium on my motor vehicle. Indeed, he did not take took long and worked some "MiWay Magic" and was able to reduce my access and monthly premium without any changes to my cover! He did this efficiently and professionally with clear explanations and in most friendly manner. What fantastic service from Kagiso!!! After the call ended I was directed to Customer Relations where Mahlatsi also assisted in a most friendly and efficient manner. It is great to deal with insurance and particularly sales calls received that actually result in a positive outcome with no false promises but deliver on service! Thank you MiWay!
