Fantastic service from MiWay

Last week Friday I was involved in an accident, and my car damaged. I went to the police station and reported the accident, and then called MiWay, and spoke to Mxolisi Kay. Wow, right from the beginning of the conversation, he made me feel calm, he was sympathetic and gave me all the necessary information that I needed to for my claim to be processed. By the end of the conversation, I was totally calm and reassured that I am actually with the right insurance company with caring consultants. He made me feel like I was the only client, to a point where I was reminded of the MiWay advert in which Nkosi is featured. He also called me on Tuesday as he was concerned that I still had not sent my car pictures for the claim, and still friendly!! Mxolisi is "my Nkosi", and I told him this. My claim has been finalised and approved, and when he called me to inform me about it, he was still the Mxolisi "aka Nkosi" that I have spoken to on Friday and Tuesday. I think MiWay takes customer care seriously thus it has people like Mxolisi and the real Nkosi (and probably others)who are assets in their business, keep it up MiWay and God bless Mxolisi for his kindness, speedy response and assistance!
