Fantastic service at MiWay

I have been a client of MiWay for several years. They have been wonderful through all my past claims. Recently I was experiencing financial strain. To keep up with premium escalations, as everything goes up at a rate not matched by income, was proving to be difficult. I contacted MiWay to see whether they can reduce my premium for the same level of cover. Mr Phemelo Khunou at MiWay helped me tremendously. He did only give me a massive premium reduction by R800, but I felt, due to his friendliness, that I could be frank with him as well about my particular situation. He made me feel I matter as a client and that loyalty goes both ways. What a fantastic guy, Mr. Khunou. Thank you, MiWay. You took my breath away this time... now I can finacially breathe.
