She was willing to listen.<br> <br> Very friendly and as a result of her I am a satisfied customer and will not be moving to a different insurer.<br> <br> The previous 3 conversations were very negative with other people and my premium went up the first time without my knowledge. The second time I noticed the same issue and still no assistance. The third time I had to update details, that also increased my premium.<br> <br> Chatted to Salina and she was the first one to actually listen and who wanted to assist.<br> <br> Great work!
