I was assisted by a by the name of Dimakatso from the retention department concerning my policy.

i never had any problems with the service offered by the company and i was happy to be in business with them

She gave me great service and got me calm during the whole ordeal. I was furious with but she managed to explain it to me and got me to a point of understanding.
