She really listened attentively and showed a genuine interest. Her compassion was exceptional, Her responses was quick and she provided me with answers to clarify any of the questions I had Carline is really a gem and a real asset to her company. She really displayed the values of great customer service and patience that one would hope for from an insurance institution.
