Fantastic Experience!!!!

<p>On Saturday the 08/04/2017 I had Mechanical issues with my car , I then called MIWAY road assist I spoke to an agent Sesi Phasa I was happy on how she dealt with my call not only did she allocate a towing service for me but she was able to point out my location as I was battling to explain my position, this clearly informs you that the agent takes time to learn & understands our SA roads making it easier for clients like myself that battle with directions, I was happy with her professionalism and stewardship shown.</p> <p> </p> <p>A follow up call was made to me by Ntokozo Sibeko to check if the towing service found me and if i arrived home safely , I was pleased with the empathy & compassion shown by him..</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say the two agent truly showed me how it feels to be a client at MIWAY. By the way am pleased with the reasonable premuim qouted to me regardless of my previous claims. Thank you MIWAY.</p>
