Fantastic
Got exceptional service from Kea from the retentions department. after a very disappointing experience, i had already made up my mind on terminating every financial product i have with the company.
Thanks kea for the Fantastic service, ur patience and being able to listen to the client(a very rare s**** most only wish to posess). You are an asset to the company, i hope u get recognition for that.
