I owuld just like to Commend Solly Mooka from the claims department for his excellent service . not only did he assit me with the claim process effeciently , he also did follow ups to confirm if I was happy with the services from vendors and with the process . After sales service was one of the area's of concern for me, but Solly put the customer first . he had empathy and showed me that ethics still does exist within the industry . this man derserves a bells . well done Solly keep up the great work .
