I just want to take time to say thanks to carline claims assessor at miway whom was re-appointed my claim a women whom was calm and understanding throughout my whole time when dealing with me as a very difficult client. Yes she stood frim to the policy and followed protocol that at some point I felt that she was against me but she made me understand that it's her job to follow up on all facts. But what stood out highly is that I could sense that she is a women of God and during this times when engaging with her she would uplift me with the word of God and she always kept promises by constantly giving me feedback on the status of my claim. I really appreciate her service she is one in a million. She followed up and came back to me and told me that sir I have finalized your claim and will settle it today I just needed to sign one document for her and mail it back in a flash payment was processed and I can now continue to fix my baby. I can only imagine how many difficult people she have to deal with on daily basis but she never once let me pick it up it was as I'm the only person and only my claim she was dealing with I want to thank her for her time and effort and also professionalism at all times.. Miway need more of your kind. And as a result of her greater service to me I will surely stay at miway
