FANTASTIC Client Service - ENOCK LAMOLA
Yesterday my daughter had an accident with her vehicle which is insured by MiWay. We received the MOST fantastic client service from Enock Lamola. He was super efficient, calm and friendly in a hectic situation. Within minutes of reporting the accident to him, he was on the phone with my daughter, there was a MiWay approved tow truck, ambulance and police services on the scene. We were SUPER impressed with the FANTASTIC service. Enock also continuously throughout the day phoned to follow up on how my daughter is doing and if there is anything else we need. THANK YOU Enock and MiWay, you really deserve more than the 5 stars I can give you on this review. Please keep up the great work and once again THANK YOU!!
