They are kind, patient and so efficient with regards to customer care and claims (I had vehicle and household claims within 13 days, it was a bad month) we had a household emergency and in panic phoned them (it was building/structural damage) even though I don’t have building insurance a consultant phoned every hour to see we were safe and that emergency services had arrived (not their policy) then when it came time to see what was damaged Pieter O from claims phoned and wow what a pleasure to deal with. They phone and enquire if you have a list of what you want to claim (multiply times no need to chase them) and deal with claims so efficiently. They employ kind and efficient staff and it makes the whole incident less stressful. Their adverts are true. Highly recommend.
