Refilwe was very helpful and at the end of the day he turned my mood from being gloomy to being very vibrant, I can go off into the night happy to celebrate, at home of course. This the type of service keeping in MiWay and if I keep getting such not only will stay but i will recommend other people.

On the general though I just pray I can receive a call before my excess in changed on the policy cause this really determines everything. I mean its the reason why I chose the company and if it changes without a proper notification it is not fair.
