FALSE PROMISES FROM MIWAY
I did a referral to miway and l was promised R1000 If the client has pay 3 months premiums up to know its almost 6 months . every time l call they say the department will call you you not allowed to talk to them on the phone and they never called. what shocks me is that at first I was told that the money will be paid direct in your account . so to me i have decided to make these public for the world to know that Miway is making false promises . Im now afraid that my accident cover with them is going to pay my family if I die in a accident ????. Because if they was a reason of not paying out . why they never tried to call me because i have called twice but no feedback.

06 Sept 2025, 13:16miway Representative called me now but the info she is telling me is not correct I did Refer the client in September 2024. and the first GUY l spoke to then started communicating with Mr Peter the calls and emails .but by that time the car was still at Toyota Mussina the delivery was done after a month the car was lnsued and now they are telling me that the deal was done through another department yet the quote he was given the first time Im the one who even gave the client approval since he was new to Miway . so i dont know was the deal Suppose to go through before the final procurement of the vehicle because the same quote was the one which was used to finalize the deal & the funny part is the client him self on his way from Samrand offices he told me that you will get R1000 for introducing me to Miway. where did he get that information because I had not tell him about the R1000. Very surprisingly indeed . its just a way of trying to get away from their promisse. l now see that its Miways tack tick be for l did a claim for my car BH91LHGP they where also refusing to repair my car saying that l **** that the car was insured for 7 years before yet the Car was not even 7 years old .You can even track back that issue if its not True . its not that Im desperate for R1000 what i don't like is to be taken for a FOOL. Because right now the Client is Insured buy Miway because for him to know Miway its me .LETS BE REAL R1000 JUST NOTHING BUT DONT DECIEVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
