False promises and bad attitude

This is a company full of empty promises and lies, when I committed to this policy they promised me a cash back bonus after 5 years, when the 5 years was done, and I enquired about it, then they only informed me that ot was discontinued, no previous correspondence at all, ok then they reavaluated my policy give me a lower premium, and told me there was a refund that will be deposited into my account, today when I once again have to enquire about it, because there is no communication from there side, once again there is stories and attitude, now I al have to wait another 7 days, this is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed will definitely be looking to get another company to insure my belongings. Will not recommend them to anybody.
