False promises

My name is Alicia Motubatse I would like you to please refund me the amount that has been debited from my account. I have requested this from the consultant who assisted me in the cancelation of my contract but did not happen . I have canceld my contract before month end and do not want insurance from you any more . The bank says that it must be reversed on your side it cant be done from their side .
