False Promises

So yesterday at 10:02 i receive a call from an unknown number ***, i cannot recall the consultant's name correctly but it was a Zulu name, she then offer to give me a quote to compare with my current insurance and if they do not match the quote then they will pay me R400, she did all her questions then referred the call to another consultant by the name Omar or something like that, he then gave me 3 quotes which none of them matched my current one and then after learning that they can't beat my current insurance then he just hung up the phone without discussing the R400 that was promised. I do not appreciate people taking my time for their gimmicks and false advertising and lying to people. They need to stick to what they promise their prospective client and keep their promises, they called and offered me and I want the money they promised.
