False promises

I was disappointed to hear that MiWay promises to decrease your insurance as the value of your car decreases each year but I seem to have gotten my annual email and I from paying R492 to now I'm having to pay over R500 for a 2014 model car due to "car parts" going up as they explain so cleverly in their email to make it out as if this is just a normal thing and they don't mention on public media about what they can offer better then other insurance companies . So your adverts promises one thing and behind scenes you are doing another.

It seems to me I will need to take my business else where, where promises are kept and true not just put on TV and radio ads to sound pretty and pink.

And I don't need a generic response of you apologize or you will send the matter to the right department so forth and so on because generic responses mean generic help and generic help means I will not be assisted to the best of their ability they will just assist me because they were written up on Hellopeter for their lies and dishonestly.
