False Promises

I was called two weeks ago by Miway and promised that if they couldn't beat my quote they would give me R400. They were unable to beat my quote and asked me to email my policy schedule and someone will call me. I still have not received a call to ask for my banking details and since then i have had two sales agent try and quote me again. Every time i tell them I'm still waiting im promised that i will receive a call but nothing happens.

I even went onto Facebook today and wrote a private message and again i was promised a call but nothing has happened.

It is disgusting that as a business you make these bold promises but then you don't deliver. Why would i ever trust you to ensure my vehicle if this is the service i receive as a non member.
