False Promises

Miway Consultant phones me and says if they cant beat my car insurance premium they will pay me R 400. They keep me on the phone for more than 30 minutes and then quote me R 1900. I send proof that my Outsurance premium is R 1420. I then nothing , but receive an email to rate the service I received. Today -19 days later I phone and the consultant says that they could beat my overall insurance and therefore I don't qualify. This was never the deal . I was asked only about my car , all details were about the car and the only reason they had all my insurance premiums was because I wasn't going to try and cut a PDF from Outsurance. I say to them that the 1st thing you hear when you phone is " that all calls are recorded. Go and listen to the call and pay me. They just deny and apologize. Don't be fooled when you receive their call.
