False Marketing
What waste of time. Miway contacted me and said that if they cannot better my current premium that they will give me R400. After the quote was processed over the phone, my premium was cheaper. I was advised to send proof of my current premium to Miway in order to qualify for the R400 promotion, to which I did. Now Miway wants to match my current premium and not give me the R400. This is false marketing.
