False information on first time experience
I just signed up for MiWay insurance and everything went smoothly besides the fact that the agent told me that i will be paying R409 on my first premium including R100 joining fee but the documents say R609 including R300 joining fee of which i didn't agree to. When i called them back they said it was a mistake. Please get your figures right before signing us up, some of us work with budgets. I am really not happy
