False contract

I app**** for a car service plan with Miway sometime in March this year and received a call from Miway to complete the application, everything was done from confirming the last service i did, where i service my car and if i have a service book. To my surprise when i took my car in for a service in August which was due Miway told me that they don`t do car service plans and they have been debiting every month for this, i called Miway so many times to query this and till this day am waiting for a feedback from Miway about the call retrievals they have promised. Am even thinking of getting my lawyers involved because this is a false contract that Miway sold to me and approved. I want every cent back into my bank account
