False Cashback Promises and No Response from MiWay

I’ve been a loyal MiWay client for years, and when I joined, I was clearly told that if I remained claim-free for two years, I would receive a cashback reward. In August, I added a courtesy car to my policy, and the consultant again confirmed that I would be receiving my cashback in September.

Even my MiWay app showed the expected payout date, but on the 12th—when no payment reflected—I noticed the date had mysteriously changed to 2027. I immediately emailed MiWay for clarification, but it’s now been almost a month with no response.

This is extremely disappointing and feels misleading. MiWay should not promise cashback to attract customers and then silently change the terms without communication. I expect MiWay to urgently investigate this issue and provide a clear explanation and resolution.
