FALSE ADVERTISING!! *******!!! WRONG RETAIL AMOUNT GIVEN! 6 WEEKS FOR A PAYOUT!

My car was written off. So i took my hire car 8 days later which i had for 10 days. after that i was without a car for almost 2-3 weeks!!! They dont care about customer service and care!! i took miway insurance because they advertise to be the best insurance company!! they advertise on the radio, tv and billboards!!! its disgusting the service i got from miway!! i waited 6 WEEKS for my claim to be paid out!!! ON TOP OF THAT i made 100% sure the policy was cancelled but still they took an installment which i waited for 2 weeks to be paid back!! THE CHERRY ON TOP IS THEY ALMOST PAID ME 18 000 LESS ON WHAT MY CAR WAS WORTH!! if i wasn't in the car industry i would not have known the retail value of my car which took them 9 days to sort out and blamed me for the payout taking so long and i wasnt satisfied of the amount!! how low is that?? if my car isnt worth what they offered why am i wrong? ITS NOT MY JOB TO KNOW THE RETAIL VALUE! I DONT WORK FOR MIWAY!!! its their systems thats faulty!!! i was struggling to get around and cost me alot of money and headaches!! i lost out on a good deal on a car because of them taking their time to pay out!!!!!!! they are very quick to take your money and do you wrong by almost paying me +- R18000 LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
