False advertising - R300 challenge

Miway insurance phoned me more than twice quoting me for car insurance claiming that if they can't beat my insurance they will give me R300, and they failed to beat my current insurance and I have sent them a proof of my insurance schedule till today they disappeared into a thin air. This kind of advertising must be condemned and they must stop lying to us about this. It really unacceptable to mak promises you can't keep. And I need the money they promised.
