false advertising and misleading customers

Hi my ref number is ***4 I was call today with regards to car insurance where they say if they can't beat my premium I will get R1000 they did qoate me but it was higher than what I am paying the agent say he will send sms to claim the money but did not . I wasted my time at work lessoning to them still they don't deliver their sarvice . That is called false advertising
