False advertising and broken promises

Hi MIWay contacted me for a quote the first week in February 2021. Now I did in the beginning say that I am happy with my current insurance but the consultant insisted that it will not take long and I can earn R500. Free money or cheaper insurance. Who would not agree. Well they were unable to beat my insurance and I asked what the next step was to claim what they promised. They suddenly did not reply to my emails anymore. Today the 13 April 2021 I was finally contacted but not for the reason I thought. Callback to ask if I am still interested. I told him my current insurance is less. I told him I informed MiWay insurance was higher. I wanted to ask why they did not follow trough on their promotion or adverti*****t as they promised but he just said OK thank you and hung up the phone before I could even start my sentence. I than asked for a call back and my cell rang almost immediately but after 2 seconds before I could even answer my cell stopped ringing.

Now of course they might be able to give me a better deal in the future but how can I say yes to MiWay if they cant even follow trough on the very first promise.
