False advertising: Agents don't go out of their way

It's funny how the Miway radio ads will make you feel good about the company. "Agents chasing away ******s at a crime scene and arriving before EMS and armed response units"..... My car broke down in my garage (coolant leaking). I called Miway to assist with towing the car.... Their response "your car is in a safe place, i.e, home. The agent I spoke to indirectly gave me an option to push the car to the side of the road and then they will come to my assistance....... My reference : C ********** ?
