False advertising

Every month Miway calls me for insurance. and everytime they call I inform them i'm happy with my insurance and they won't be able to beat my current premium. so yesterday when they called and told them the same story again they insisted they would be able to beat my current premium and that if they didn't i'll get R400 as part of their R400 challenge. so I proceeded with the call, and at the end when their quote was higher than my current insurance, they went quiet and when I asked what about my R400 , I got long stories , and them trying to avoid paying me what they promised. I sent my insurance schedule to Miway as they requested as I had to prove my premium was lower than what they offering, I have not heard from them since. so I would say put your money where your mouth is, don't sell false dreams and when you're beat at the false advertising and empty promises you want to back away. I never contacted you looking for cheaper insurance, you contacted me. remember that.
