False advertising

I received a call from Miway on Saturday and was told that they will do a quote and if they can't beat my current car insurance premium they will give me a R400. When they couldn't beat it they tried to reduce and got to a point where the difference from what I'm paying was only R50 and I didn't take it. Now I was told I can't get the R400 cause they were offering less than my current premium \with terms and conditions that were not there in the 1st place". Why commit to something that you cannot fulfill? I'm very disappointed and will never advise anyone to use Miway insurance """
