False advertising

On the 25th of October I received a call with regards to the R400 cash back special, where Miway offers to beat my car insurance or give me R400 back, after the quote was given Miway could not beat my current insurance and I was requested to send my insurance schedule which I did. However since then I have not received an update on what happened to the cash back... I then received an email from Miway stating that I have been given a 2 months free life cover for 2 months.

I just need to know is this false adverti*****t from Miway??? Secondly I did not accept the free 2 months life cover that already has my details with no proper analysis of my life that is covered
